In my header there needs to the essential elements to the magazine, notably the title of the magazine, links to articles and media elements. To design my website header I have taken inspiration from other style magazine websites, specifically the magazines Vogue, GQ and Tatler, which are already existing a, and have a strong brand identity.

To find the right elements to include in my magazine I have looked at what these three websites have in common and I will include those elements in my magazine website. These elements are: the masthead, links to other sections of the website and a menu to search for specific things or access other parts of the website. As all of these magazine websites share these features i will include them on my website as it is expected of the genre.
What will be on the homepage and linked pages?
On the homepage and linked pages I will need to include the articles, I have already planned some and they will mostly revolve around fashion, however they may include pop culture or other features commonplace in fashion magazines. I will also include exclusive content for the website to encourage readers to read both the website and magazine. The front page will most be articles with captions attract readers who visit from the magazine, as that is what they would want to see, and some articles will appear bigger as the market research as identified those topics as being more important. These images will be original and will have some relation to the article.

What original audio or audio visual content will be featured on the website?
For the audio-visual elements of the website I will record a interview style video on a potential front page model, or a expert on the topic which is featured, this will link to the overall topic of the magazine making it a good choice for the audio-visual element needed. I will also have to take pictures for the featured articles, these could either be direct references to the video or pictures of related items settings.
