For my magazine cover I will need to take photos of a fashion centered person or subject, for this i have decide to focus on not only the model but the clothes them self as the target audience will want to see different types of fashion represented in the magazine.
January edition:
To appeal to a vast audience i have decide to make the magazine a winter edition which will attract a wider readership as people would be interested in how they be fashionable at a unconventional time, as many people might not know how to dress in winter, so they will look for inspiration in different sources. For the actual clothes my model will be wearing i will stay with the basics and include coats, gloves and hats to stay with the winter theme. I will also vary the location of the photo shoot, as having it outside could look good with some of the items of clothing items as it would match the theme, however as it is a winter edition a indoors scene could be good to include as some may associate winter with being inside
February Issue:
For the February issue i will have a broader focus on fashion as it is now in the new year so people may want see a more normal approach to fashion rather than specialized winter fashion. i may also include references to valentines day as it is a big event in February and readers may be interested in reading about it and what they could do fashion wise for the event, however i will not have valentines day be the main focus of the magazine as not all readers will be interested, and it could be better to focus on general fashion trends before short holidays, as my audience would like to see a variety of fashion news included.
